I barely recognized Swayze when that picture was posted.

It looks like Patrick really let himself go near the end there.

He reminded me of someone else's picture I saw on here so I made this to prove how far he's let his appearance slip.

Anyone else see a slight resemblance between the 2?

*edit* LOL I like how the logo claims the Swayze pic twice but doesn't want anything to do with the other side.

Oddly enough fossil and I were discussing this similarity just the other day.

I don't think Patrick Swayze "let himself go" as you mentioned Lex. 57 years of life coupled with the ravages of cancer treatment and the emotional drain that accompanies such treatments along with the inherent declining overall health as one slips closer and closer to ones end take a helluva toll on ones appearance in most anyone.

I recently saw an interview Barbara Walters did with him not long before his death and thought he looked damned good all things considered. Something else that shined through in the interview was that his personal vibrance and mental acuity were still good, something many people in the phase of his downwardly spiraling condition at the time of the interview lose altogether.

I always thought Patrick Swayze was a decent lookin guy, so thanks for the compliment in having made the comparison Lex

Patrick looks pretty good in this pic. Had I not read in the news that he had cancer, I couldn't tell just by looking at his pic. He looks a helluva lot better than my dad before he died of cancer.
