I only use cell phone and anyone with a good scanner can hear my conversations. If they want to listen to my conversations with family and a friend or 2, have at it. I never do anything illegal anyway.

They can hear you thru your cell phone even if you're not on it and even if it's turned off, also they can track you wherever that cell phone goes.

But that don't matter, no biggie, whatever.

Even if it were true, which I doubt, I wouldn't care. I do nothing wrong so why should I care. If you care about being observed then you must be doing something wrong and maybe you shouldn't be on the internet, this is where you are watched the most.
