In answer to questions from above, you seem to be confusing a viscunt with a Viscount with is the level of peerage above Baron and below Earl (Count in Europe). I think it would be a good idea ot be able to contact other users directly. Other than just allowing communication without having to resort to using the sites official email as a point of contact (thereby improving efficiency) it would also pursuade more people to get usernames thereby lowing the number of anonymous users.
