What in your opinions are the greatest landmarks of the USA in all it's history?

Bill Clinton's law concerning pregnant women and work allowing them to keep their jobs, or something like that....a little step toward civilization, isn't it?

How a bunch of farmers and craftsmen kicked the British Army's ass twice. (1776 and 1812). That took balls to stand up to England in those days!

lovely 16875, I guess nothing changes? Nowadays it's still a bunch of farmers only they fight Iraq instead of England. Wow, how things just don't change at all.

Laws and military victories are NOT landmarks. As for the US military in Iraq being a bunch of farmers, get real. The US military is a professional and highly trained (although misguided) force.

I have not been to America (except for a few days in Hawaii) so cannot comment on American landmarks, but to me the greatest landmark I have seen is probably the Eifel Tower. It looks great, seems to have a 'presence', is instantly recognisable, has nothing that compares to it, has a great history, and is connected with a specific place (ie. Paris). I would probably regard the egyptian pyramids and sphinx, and the statue of liberty in the same category, but I have not seen them in person (yet) so cannot be certain. Second and third place of ones I have seen would be Tower bridge, London, and the Sydney Opera House. St Peters Bascilica is up there too, but probably not so recognisable from the outside.

The greatest landmarks of America are not architectural but natural:

#1 The Grand Canyon
#2 Mt. Rainier

Christ 17660, you sound like you have some boring-ass holidays: the Eifel Tower, the Pyramids, Tower Bridge, Sydney Opera House -- I've seen three of those and none of them got my dick especially hard.

In your dreams gruff. She has eyes (not to mention the rest of her) only for me.
