Certainly, the complaints department is easy to find.

Go down to the cellar carrying a torch (as the lights are out), minding your step (as the stairs are gone too). There, the complaints department may be found in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying Beware of the Leopard.

a) make sure your logged in correctly (you may try logging out, closing your browser, then logging back in again)
b) make sure javascript is enabled and working. (anti-spam does alot of tricks with javascript and it's a requirement)

That would require two images to be stored, might be a bit expensive for the boys...
