painting buildings to make them "prettier" makes them even uglier
drawing more eyes to it, not to mention the gang "territory" markings
that some losers call art is nothing more than vandalism and should be a tazered
offense.

I don't really care for the piece but calling it grafitti to make an excuse for
going on someone's private property to paint over it stinks of denying freedom
of speech as well as denial of property rights. That alderman needs to be
painted over.
