What sense that makes MrKim. It's all clear now. So it's not stealing if: I beat you to a pulp, or murder you, or pillage, rape, and burn your town down. Then I take all your belongings. That's not stealing.

So if I kill then take, that's not murder OR stealing. Right!

If that's the way your really feel about it, what a dip shit you are.

yo SAM, I surely don't have to remind you that that's the way things were done for thousands of years do i? the world is nothing but successful conquerors. it is human nature, and will be the downfall of mankind if some sort of world peace is not negotiated.

by your definition of murderer the civilized world is nothing more than a band of murderers.
hmmmmm, strange logic there bro.

Hmmm, so what are your thoughts on the American Revolution then ? Same channel, different century, same cause .... oppression. And ... just in case you're a bit confused on Texas history, the Mexican army and Santa Anna were the aggressors, out manned the Texans nearly 5 to one, and were waaay better equipped, just like the British were. Santa Anna came to SLAUGHTER the Texans, we simply defeated them and ran 'em out!

Come on now, work with me here .... and our revolution was different in what way? the

Ya I know that's how it's been since the existence of mankind. I'm just fed up with "you GOTTA be politically correct" never mind what man has been doing forever. The more I learn about the Commonwealth I've lived my whole life in, the more I hate the B.S.

Sam, if you don't like it here then move, it is just that simple. I am sure Mexico will take you, just don't try to buy land there.

Nah jgoins the response to "just move if you don't like it" all in all is a pretty weak statement. Anyone who is a legal citizen here has a constitutionally given right to say anything they choose so long as in doing so they don't violate the rights of others.

This grants freedom for ALL Americans to protest any idea they have issue with and ANY attempt to curtail such freedoms are in total violation of the rights we are all imbued with, no matter which side of an issue one stands in support of.

Any attempt by one bent on curtailing freedom of speech is in direct violation of the tenets of the 1st Amendment, and as such, is UnAmerican by nature.

If one stands in disagreement with any faction or idea presented in our society they have and always should be encouraged to speak their mind on the issue, freely and publicly if they so choose, without fear of reprisal from either other citizens or members of governmental factions. This truly is the American way thumbs

The truth of the matter is there were as many "Mexicans" fighting for independence from the self proclaimed Napoleon of the West as there were Anglos. Unfortunately, true to the "White Man's" nature, after Texas received it's independence, they pretty much took all of the possessions away from their non-white brothers. Like it or not, that's history. sad

Yeah 'Lando, but just remember where the war started with 5,ooo Mescans and just over 100 Texans at the Alamo. And .... after the Alamo was finally overrun by Santa Annas troops they killed everyone, even the sick and wounded, leaving NO ONE and NOTHING alive, not even the animals.

This slaughter at the Alamo essentially sealed the Texans resolve to rise up in greater numbers and defeat Santa Anna which they did quickly and handily at San Jacinto and yep, there were plenty of Mexicans that fought alongside the Texans for the very same reasons as the Texans did, though many were said to have fought simply because they despised Santa Anna.

One last little tid bit. Santa Anna (depending on whose version of the incident you read) was said to have been captured wearing a dress and using a scarf to cover his head. He had abandonded his men during the battle and was trying to slip away disguised as a woman.

Though Santa Anna and his troops had made a name for themselves in their march across Texas as rapists and for having killed men, women and children in trying to place fear in the hearts of the Texan forces, he KNEW Texan troops would not be suspicious of, nor mistreat a woman and hoped to use this idea to help him escape.

Texas trivia 101 ! Maybe next time we'll discuss where the term "gringo" got its start. Another interesting tale, to be sure thumbs

The way they knew it was Santa Anna was his own men when they realized who he was, bowed down to show him his honor. The Texicans realized there was more to the captive than met the eye. As the crow flies, I live 10 miles from the battlefield. cool

My point was that is someone hates living here as much as Sam seems to they should think about leaving. If I lived in a neighborhood with as much passion as Sam appears to hate America I would move to a better neighborhood. I merely suggested a neighborhood he might like better.

I agree. People want to bitch but they don't want to do anything to make it better. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world. nerd
