Actually, they're not listening at all.
The insurgency is embarassing the United States.
Even Syria allows the border to be open, with total impunity.
The US claims that it will attack Syria for noncompliance, but that is an empty
threat. The military is already too stretched to bring in another country into a
full-scale conflict.
That image is as ignorant as it is simplistic.

North Koreans are responsible for MOST of the world's bogus US currency....they
have highly specialized printing equipment to make fake US $100 bills...just
caught a bunch of these dickheads. They are trying to destabilize American
money with all the intended adverse consequences. Sooo....we HAVE the right to
play the game, too. We need to have unmannned planes like the Global Hawk spray
anthrax on government buildings....why not? They bring a knife, we bring a gun.
I have NO respect for these lower life pond scum....mass hysteria and disaster

Interesting news item on the Korean Kounterfieting Konspiracy... thanks for the
tip, it was an interesting read.
However, I disagree that bringing death and pain to the citizens of N.Korea, who
are basically trapped, will do more good than harm. The problem is with the
leaders, not the people. Which is why Al Qaeda are such fucks, since they
bombed the people. But then the US turned around and did the same thing to
Iraq, so we're hardly innocent in all this. I think a little less hypocrisy
from our leaders would go a long way to improving US-world relations. But that
won't happen.
