they don't have nukes...they don't have any money.
they want the whole world to be scared...just like Iraq, the U.S. went in there and didn't find jack, unless all of the stuff was smuggled to Jordan and Iran.

They have money to spend on nukes cause they starve their people...so yes...they have nukes.

i agree, there entire budget is based on there military, i would have to say yes, they have nukes, and yes theyre willing and eager to use them.
