I haven't had the chance to go for a ride for a couple of months. Might try to get out this weekend.

I had a bad rotator cuff and haven't been in my kayak in a couple of years. I'm ready to get back out there but not starting in the hottest part of the year, just waiting on some cooler weather. Also have a troublesome MCL which has kept me off my bicycle so maybe by autumn it'll be ready too. Getting old is a bitch.
