Right, all the crazy people are BLM, lol. President Reagan, a Conservative, shut down the U.S. asylums forty years ago. There was one about 30 miles from here and, while it was still open, when the inmates needed hospitalization for physical illness they were sent to the hospital where my mom was a nurse at the time. There were some "interesting" encounters. Now the places houses only sexual predators. There are few mental health facilities now and, true to the U.S. medical system, people need big $$$$ to get any real help.
