Police say 64-year-old Anibal Hernandez-Santana - who has deep ties to California's far left activist circles - is a retired legislative director for the California Federation of Teachers.
He faces serious charges after allegedly firing three shots into the lobby window of an ABC affiliate on Friday afternoon.
The shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. at the station's headquarters, just one day after protesters – many waving signs calling President Trump a "fascist" and saying ABC was an "enabler" – rallied outside the same building.

Complaining about every shooting incident in the U.S. would be a 24/7 endeavor because that's how the shootings are here, 24/7. Even in my red state haven of Florida it's a frequent thing. That doesn't mean I condone this fool's actions, it was dangerous and stupid, but no one was injured and he's being dealt with. Now, should I start on the anti-vaxxer who shot the hell out of the CDC offices and killed a cop? I don't see you talking about that.
