I've never seen bread like this. I have no idea what it would be. What the fuck is Australian bread?

Some kind of damper maybe? God knows.

Either way, I need to go do a massive pile of bread.

Local restaurant here used to feature breakfast sandwiches made with "Australian toaster biscuits"...
They didn't look anything like this though.

It's an English Muffin. But somehow, someone in thinks they made a different version and called it a toaster biscuit.

The so called toaster biscuits here look kinda like english muffins but they're softer and taste a little but sweeter..
The holes are smaller too..
