Every time I see a pic of her wistfully lookin up the mental image that always comes to mind is that of a caption bubble above her that says "If I only had a brain", ripped straight outta The Wizard of Oz grinning smiley

They also ran this one.

I'm not saying there's not bias; I'm sure there is (and I also don't care because fuck I'm sick to death of US politics) but of 36 Trump Time covers they weren't all negative either.

Pulse, I get it, I'm sure you cats down under get waay more of our political goings on flooding the news cycle than you care for. Hell, even we Americans get sick of it too, but what most of us with more than a cuppla brain cells still kickin around upstairs are really sick of are the blatant lies, mischaracterizations and outright manipulation of what is the truth ... from ANY side of the political spectrum and most especially from the news media itself.

If anyone thinks there "might" be political bias going on I'd venture a guess that that same bias exists in those holding such a position or that they're just totally inept at discerning actual reality from fantasy. I'd put forward that anyone trying to hold a neutral position and viewing news reporting in general would easily see the level of bias on display.

Back to your point in relation to Time magazine covers featuring Donald Trump, I actually looked up all 36 of them and here's a breakdown/synopsis of their basic positions:
Trump shown in a positive manner - 10
Trump shown in a negative manner - 12
The rest were a mixed bag of topical covers related to him and were basically neutral.

Now the above accounting doesn't really tell the whole tale of what was on display, nor just how vicious the negative images were. Some were kinda tongue in cheek while others were outright condescension and psychologically tainted imagery designed to elicit a strong negative emotional reaction in the viewer.

Conversely I found 5 Time covers featuring Kamala and each one shows her in a positive way.

So, if you wanna make a case for how there "might" be a bias in even just this one scenario I'd welcome a presentation of said position smoking
