I think for the most part voters have already made up their minds to vote based on the issues. There will be some shifting in the middle, some people who were considering voting for Trump because of Biden's apparent infirmity despite a distaste for Trump will fall in behind Harris while others who would have stuck with Biden will be uncomfortable with a woman of color and vote for Trump. The base won't move on either side but the shift in the middle will tell the tale though the shifts in either direction may cancel each other out.
