pulse Report This Comment Date: January 20, 2024 11:11AM
The world is getting warmer on average, there's absolutely no disputing that.
Whether it's man made or not I'll leave for you to decide, but the statistics
don't lie. Hence; global warming.
What it's also doing though is creating more
extreme weather events. Some
of these are massive cold snaps. Some is flooding. Some is massive dry spells
and fires. Just think of how much hotter it must be though on average if these
huge cold snaps around the world aren't making a dent on the statistics?
The globe is breaking average temperature records pretty much every year.
The fact that you can see the surface temp raise through events such as the
massive industrial output of WW2 and drop straight back down though should
probably suggest humans can influence the temperature.. but I'm sure it's all
just people with pink hair being woke.

Not to mention when you look at the global impact of WWII being just a drop in
the bucket against the now normal temp increase it's pretty staggering. Sadly
though you can't use logic to reason someone out of a position they didn't use
logic to get into. Anyhow, gotta go dye my hair pink. Later.

I think climate change has and will always happen with out without us.
However I really like this one...

pulse Report This Comment Date: January 22, 2024 02:48AM
I agree. The climate is not remotely static. We had an ice age, we'll have
floods again, Pangea will reform and break apart again. The earth is literally a
living, breathing thing, and over millions and billions of years, all bets are
off.
I'm also very sure that we're speeding up some of these processes far beyond
where we should. But hey; I don't have kids. I don't care. I'm sure I'll be
right and the rest is someone else's problem. That's how I've saved the world;
don't reproduce.

Pulse, that last comment is sad, I'd encourage you to climb out of it.
Back in the late 1980's I was told a lot of money was pushing what came to be
called 'global warming', environmentalists on $200k a year as lobbyists. That
was an investment. In truth ancient writers were found to have recorded what's
now called a Grand Solar Minimum every 800 years or so. It's happening now. So
the investments happened to take advantage of this. Assets such as coal mines
have dropped in value as so many people believe we are causing the crisis due to
carbon. The investors have bought, so have I (a coal mine with a long life
paying 10% dividend on what I paid). But the ancients never mentioned
conditions in the southern hemisphere and recent experience makes true history
roughly in line with your first post. Other things have gone wrong too:
The increase in ultra violet light from the sun (why the hottest part of the day
can be 5-6pm);
The increase in cosmic radiation, from the sun and outer space (yes, scientists
can map changes in this over the centuries, but no one connected them with Solar
Minimums);
The sun is no longer yellow, it's white, the graph below was just 'science' as a
calculation on a desk (the type of science that annoys me if it's presented as
end fact), we're heading to a white dwarf (guess: in 2.5-3 thousand years
trying to live on the earth's surface will be bad indeed, we could delay this by
launching magnetised water into earth orbit (water and ice become vapour in a
vacuum) but increasing upper atmospheric moisture by over 1.3% of the long term
average will increase flooding. Guess: adding too much to that vapour in orbit
will decrease the amount of wind, leading to drought as rain doesn't leave the
ocean. So the descriptions in Revelation will begin to make scientific sense,
something you could not have said only ten years ago. We need another solution
once that upper atmospheric moisture reaches +1.3% above the long term average -
that's not negotiable. If someone clever could think of something now?);

Subdividing farmland for housing is now as imbecilic as building towns, cities,
road and rail infrastructure in valleys (now we know why the ancients lived and
travelled on hill and ridge tops: the rain, something the ancients didn't
record, they would have seen it as normal and common knowledge);
Governments ignoring technical and professional advice for whatever fad exists
in their political party (that they expressed support for to rise the ranks to
be nominated as political candidates), allowed the scam now called 'climate
change' to go for so long, it also facilitated the next scam: the sale of
public services, with the taxpayer contracting to still fund them, the sacking
of the 'senior executive service' to be replaced with software called
scripts=profit! and the double cross I was told of over a decade ago: that
instead of scripts it will be catholic priests and monks, replacing the western
world with a cross between the Carolingian empire and the Holy Roman Empire (30
year's war anyone?), it's also weakened the West in the face of the rising power
of the East (I said in late 1999-early 2000 that we were entering the world's
most violent age, and that history will come kicking its way through the door in
a violence that won't go away - I was written off as a loser who doesn't support
banning guns, so I
must be mentally ill and a terrorist! Those
accusations have cycled for 30 years now);
The East can only be faced off by countries with public services that once again
only recruit citizens born in that country with at least three years work
history in the private sector (profit centres), yet politicians have money
invested in the funds earmarked to buy those public services, who assure party
members with law degrees, who have no plans to practise law, that they can have
long careers running government departments they know nothing about - it's a
catch 22 that exists everywhere Basic Industries Group, who implement these
scams, operate, in political parties the yanks are comfortable with (in
Australia, Liberal, Labour and Nationals, in the UK, Whigs and Tories, and so
on);
Trickle down economics, where wealth is tricked down from the many in number to
the few in number, has also weakened the West, and;
Allowing foreign media, investments in media and the consolidation of media, so
it's just a plaything for intelligence services and wealthy men, has also
weakened the West.
On a positive note, there won't be a massive war in the middle east unless the
'right' investors profit from it, their money is still tied up in coal and so
on, and so many people believe in man made climate change by carbon we have a
few years yet. I'm guessing they won't sell until the asset prices rise so the
same dividend = about 7%. The only source of money for the war that I can see
is the electronic digits, created out of nothing as entries in a computer, that
pass as money, from they yank's Inflation Reduction Act being redirected to it.
The rest of us must disconnect from the yanks. If they want to fight and die
across all North Africa, down into Chad and Sudan, down to Yemen, the Pakistani
border (where I expect a British army to freeze itself to boredom in winter),
and up to Azerbaijan and Albania (where Islam - 'the enemy' - is matched with
oil) they can be my guest. Australia and Britain should keep selling weapons to
the Saudis so the war effort fails. It's the same investors who won the
invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan before a shot was fired - It is that cycle
that must be broken. So the Basic Industries Group investor list, and the
politicians and former politicians in its front investment funds, must be
butchered. = no war.
In the meantime nations that import petroleum must get out of it, and nations
that import coal must get out of it (keep using what you produce), as every
merchant and cruise ship that sails will be sunk in that war.
Lastly, ideas direct events, events affect people. The history of the west
described above only happened on the premise that people are just modified pond
scum, and the assumption by people making decisions that they are superior pond
scum. So I will be donating to and pushing the following:
[
www.plus613.net]
And at the end of the year, when the current war has exhausted Israel's economy,
I'll promote the surrounding Arab nations piling in, as those investors won't be
ready. Judaism is an evil that must be cut out of the world.

Woberto I shortened it.
All right then... let's build a time machine, go back to 1980 and explain the
future is so wonderful! History was completely redirected when a Swedish
director made a movie called 'Gaslight' and then political parties and
academics, who believe people are modified pond scum, and that they are superior
pond scum, saw it, resulting in:
The whole planet was lectured to by an autistic teenager who published a
photograph of her and her opera singer mum in their house with expensive
furniture and knick knacks and complained her future was stolen;
The yank government and media have persuaded their population to believe in 'the
collapse', where all money ceases to have value, and they believe it;
There are men who believe they are women and are offended if you call them
men;
There's something called foline, that's the solder joining the wiring of our
brains together, you don't need much in your diet, it's found in meat, eggs,
cheese and milk, so not eating those is now a militant fad and thousands of
millions in capital has been raised for the cause by its converts;
Some of these converts take funny drugs to change themselves from men to women,
or women to men, they have a known 41% suicide rate, they still do it,
governments don't stop this and media promotes it;
Christ promoted weapons ownership, churches supported banning guns and evicted
those members who didn't go along;
God specified the death penalty for homosexual acts, churches knowingly ordained
poofs and lesbians and evicted those members who didn't go along;
Cosmic radiation from the sun and outer space has increased so much the hottest
time of day can be 6pm, so there's a new scale in meteorological reports called
the UV Index and it goes up to 'extreme'. Working outdoors can be very bad.
Political parties and academics blame this on a totally unrelated substance
called carbon and say it's our fault;
The same political parties and academics now expect us to fight a war for them,
one bigger than World War I and II combined;
There's a device that fits in your pocket and gives access to most of the
libraries and museums on earth, their collections and expert lectures, for free,
you can also use it to communicate with, or just read the discussions of, groups
of people from all over the earth who have a technical and expert knowledge in
any subject, from astrophysics to particle physics and anything in between, most
people use it to view funny pictures of cats and argue with strangers, and;
Assuming they don't lock us up in a padded cell at that point... it's so bad
there's this thing called Plus613.

Pro, first I wasn't surprised, then I was laughing (I did 3 unit calculus),
then I was ready to cry... then it was the same boring obfuscation we get over
here. it's not about climate. And he miss-pronounced maths.
I was exposed to people described as 'grubby' when I was young (I heard the word
a lot), desperate social climbers in a political party. It was always put the
same way when describing things like this: "To control power is to control
money", sometimes with: "Public and private" and/or "Its
direction and flow". Of course, the whole point of grubbily kissing
backside to climb the social ladder is to put yourself in the way of some of it,
and that was a large sum indeed. It can be clipped at lots of points along each
line of expenditure. That's how you should see it.

Error above, comment: Date: January 23, 2024 04:26AM.
It should read:
Cosmic radiation from the sun and outer space has increased so much their should
be a tsunami of breast cancer and mastectomies in the next thirty years, the
link between cosmic radiation and exposure of any part of the bust that has
organ behind it has been known since the 1990's, yet it's never mentioned (it's
as if someone hates women and girls);
Ultraviolet light from the sun has increased so much, particularly since the
1990's, the hottest time of day can be 6pm, so there's a new scale in
meteorological reports called the UV Index and it goes up to 'extreme'. Working
outdoors can be very bad. Political parties and academics blame this on a

Global Warming Scam - Got to have an excuse
[
www.telegraph.co.uk]
They needed a study to discover plants adjust to temperature... that the higher
the temperature the more the growth and so the more they absorb carbon! I could
die laughing. There are people who have never lived outside a city and don't
know anything about plants, they think they do.
Plus there are other articles appearing now saying it's all overblown and you
can use coal, oil and gas again.
