Big difference against the two groups: Wagner was anti-Putin, Jan 6 was pro-Trump.
It lands differently whether the mob outside the door seeks to take out the legislative branch or the executive branch.

Also, Wagner won its goals without having to attack. Jan 6 failed its goals while attacking.
