I always chuckle when someone disses on what they think is socialism, when what they are cheering for is fascism and have a stated preference for a Communist (Putin) over Biden. Anyone else remember when Republicans hated Russians/Soviets/Commies? Good times.

Remember the slogan, "Better dead than red?" It made sense then and makes sense in the modern context where Republicans/conservatives have left their principles behind and are called red.
