That old can is from when the Cuyahoga was good and polluted, all kinds of stuff spicing it up. It caught fire in 1969 and prompted the forming of the Environmental Protection Agency in the U.S. If they were indeed assholes that they were would be the least of one's worries.

Q-man the can of fish arseholes is a classsic joke gift.
So whoever made that can would have deliberatly chosen the text to make you even more sick to the stomach.

My last sentence was a little garbled, I hadn't had my coffee yet, but I tried to indicate I knew it was a joke. Yeah, choosing the Cuyahoga was intended to make it even more disgusting but some folks wouldn't understand that.
