How many Africans have immigrated to the USA in the last 150 years?
Not many.
So the vast majority of Negros in America are FUCKING AMERICAN and they should start acting like it.
From all the way over here on my comfy suede recliner I see the race card getting played way too much.
And I see the "my (x)grandmother was a slave" story come out only as a way of playing the race card, not to add any perspective.
I have met dozens of Americans of my own age group over the years and they have been some of the smartest and most balanced human beings I have ever met.
Apart from having to be a Republican or a Democrat and nothing in-between they impressed me perfectly sane and as future leaders of our generation.
So where are these people now? Obviously a minority in their own right and that depresses me.
I am starting to believe the American stereotype.

I used to work for a Lebanese guy who was married to a Moroccan lady. ( most trustworthy, kind, hard-working, clean living people i have ever met in this country)
There are millions of Africans in the U.S.A.
There are thousands in Dallas alone.

While there are genuine African-Americans who have emigrated here, some legally, some not, most here are simply Americans who are also black.

The term African-Americans is in itself disingenuous and divisive and intended to simply pare off all blacks within America as if the owe some strange homage to the country of their birth. Most blacks in America were born here and hence simply Americans, making the concept of African-Americans fallacious in nature as in truth they are just Americans who are also black.

The terms Asian-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, African-Americans, Native-Americans and even Anglo/European/White-Americans are all used to subdivide Americans, typically for a political purpose.

In truth America is simply a melting pot of races and cultures and anyone who is born here is an American with no need for a prefix/qualifier attached to their race or cultural background to make them such
