Maybe a tee pee would do it.

that's what i was thinking...a tee pee shaped and formed from a sheet of sheet
metal, small hole at the top, and a couple of handles welded on to pick it up
and put it back on. maybe even a chain hoist to hook to the handles.
i think I know a welder that might have all the materials.....KIIIIIIIIIM!!
