Never seen a dish quite like that here 'berto, what are they callin that? Looks
like red and green sauce with some wackamole then maybe cilantro sprinkled on
top, but can't make out the meat. Also is it served on a bed of tortilla or what

Huaraches Gigante.
Its tortilla dough almost rigid. Meat on that one is chorizo. Plus all the usual
dressing.
