He would need to get recommendations from military leaders on how to do it because it will be the generals to carry out the plan. Relying on the military for their expertise is what a president should do just like relying on others expertise something the current president does little of. Do you really think it would be a good idea to tell us exactly what he will do? Don't you know Isis hears and sees everything we do the same ways we do.
