I'm guessing something like a shark or ray that has cartilage instead of bone in it's bottom jaw.

Nope. I am pretty sure it had no lower jaw to begin with.

Not that it matters but shark and ray skeletons are all like cartilage aren't they?

No one has time for that Fossil.

A reverse image search won't do any good either. I have only found one picture online of the same thing and I had to know what I was looking for by name in order to find it.
