So would posting a photo of a copyrighted trademark that I happened to see conspicuously displayed in a manner not often seen be a criminal act?

Also, I'm confused, I thought they used satellites.

I don't think doing that is even a misdemeanor. That is a funny comment though about the satellites. My mother in law has directv and I don't think it's all that great. It's ok but it's kinda klugey sometimes. The best part of it is they gave her a DVR with the deal and that comes in handy sometimes but it is also kinda klugey too.
