That type of wrench is known as a spanner wrench, most commonly used on gland
nuts
Oh, and the nail is what we Texans refer to as a finishing nail

Bearing-cam wrench.
Common on a printing press, hard to explain.

I thought it was a sink drain nut wrench.

A sink drain nut is a type of gland nut and yep "bertos right too, they're
also used to adjust camming actions and even to set the preload tension on some
bearings, regardless, it's still typically called a spanner wrench here in these
parts

That same type of spanner is used to adjust the rear shock spring preload cam
like those found on my vintage motorcycles, and lives in the tool kit under the
seat.
