Yeah, with all the fluff about Paul McCartneys supposed death swirlin around in
those days, Harry Chapin havin recently died too and with Jimi, Janis and Jim
Morrison having left the building in the years preceding Jim Croces' death I
held out great hope it was a publicity scheme, which sadly it wasn't.
I still have all his albums on vinyl, and most of that as digital files now too,
but, when I finally locate my round-to-it and fire up the ol turntable I'll
happily reclaim the rest of his music off the LPs that never made it into the
digital realm and hoard it like the treasured prizes they will be

With my whole household in a constant state of flux as it is now that's not
really doable at the moment, but ... a lil rum and a left hander's always a
welcome thought if I'm tryin to kick back.
I don't do well mechin or computin after either though, takes away too much
acuity and just makes everything slower and more problematic (headexplode)

I know what you mean. After blowing out a couple of multimeters I decided
drinking and adjusting the bias on guitar amp output tubes don't go together.
