From left, spark plug installing tool for gettin' the threads started by hand,
#2 is the same thing, only different, #3 is yet another spark plug installation
tool, usually for gettin' under exhaust manifolds and hemi head or DOHC engines
where the plug is recessed a half a foot in a narrow tube. #4 is a plug wire
puller, non-conductive plastic or nylon so you don't get the Buckwheat look.

Just guessing, but the tool farthest right looks like it's designed to clamp
down on something then be locked into place with that thingamajig on the handle.
Just not sure what it would clamp down on. It looks like quite a sharp edge
which would damage anything to fragile, but doesn't close enough to cut
anything.
Mrkim Report This Comment Date: September 05, 2011 11:26AM
You're close GAK, it's indeed a clamping tool and though the jaws look kinda
sharp, they aren't designed to cut and ... the slip ring is for holding the tool
in position so ....
A cuppla hints for #s 1 and 2: #1 is for help in bringin things to a screechin
halt while #2 is for helpin keep things illuminated

#4 is a hose pinch off tool. Used to temporarily clamp hoses so coolant or
whatever fluid doesn't get everywhere while work is in process.

#1 is a brake spring keeper removal and installation tool.

Ding, ding .... Johnny slide 9er a cuppla more frosties for the 2 above
This leaves #2 as the only unsolved mystery in this round. Again it's for
helpin things get and stay well lighted. I picked it up at a swap meet many
moons ago and have used it more than a few times, most especially on older cars
that have spent a lotta time sittin up and need its help to get 'em road ready
again . As another hint, this is a 2 part tool with another section nested in
the back end of it too
Fossil, be sure to lemmekno who your proctologist is so I make sure I never make
an appointment with 'em

Ok, here's another shot at #2. Since you say that this tool is actually a two
piece affair, and you kindly gave a subtle hint, then I'm gonna go with a bulb
and socket cleaner, for cleaning rust and corossion. I think I used something
like this many years ago.
Mrkim Report This Comment Date: September 06, 2011 01:16PM
Bingo! Not pmly does it have a SS brush nested in the other end but the open
end shown in the pic is also meant to help install bulbs in recessed areas where
you can't get your fingers around the bulb to lock it into the socket
Treat yourself to another cuppla frosties dude, you've earned 'em
