I zoomed way in on the gun and hand I couldn't see any unusual pixels indicating a line where it might have been added. Plus if someone wanted to add a gun to the pic a rifle leaning against the wall would have been easier.

Both her hand and the gun are in a different focus to the rest of the image. They're less fuzzy.

Compare the look of the 2 hands. Click on the image so it opens in the window on its own & then expand it, I dunno it's fairly obvious to me

mediocre fake...when I zoom in (21" lcd monitor) I can see a difference in the pixels around her hand with the gun, and where the gun overlaps the other woman, as well as a fairly distinct line just to the right of the button on her left sleeve straight down along the edge of her right hand, there are blur/dodge/burn/whateverthefuck marks all around the edge of the gun too...
