Someone said that it can't be manned because the g forces would kill anyone inside, the way it took off. If it is an extraterrestrial craft then it would have something to counteract the g forces involved in intergalactic travel. Just because our technology isn't advanced enough yet to do it does not mean it can't be done. Out of the countless billions of suns in the universe with solor systems of their own it would be conceited of us to think we are alone in the universe and to think we are the most advanced lifeforms in the universe is even more conceited. I believe that a more advanced life-form would indeed have the capability to travel between galaxies and would be inclined to study lower lifeforms without it being detected. I also believe that because of their more advanced technology they would also have a more advanced ideals of non interference than we do now. If they have the technology to travel between galaxies then it stands to reason they have the weapons to take over here without effort and they don't do it. This tells me they are more tolerant than we are.

They're prob'ly just waitin' to see if we're gonna blow ourselves up. Or they're keeping us around for comic relief.

Maybe they are studying us much the same way we study animals and insects only more humanly than we do animals and insects.
