No. It's used to hold drinks.

The machine looks more like an MRI unit than a CT scanner. Very different. MRI has a long tube inside, a CT scanner is usually a big ring open on front and back but both have a big ring like entry. CT uses x-rays to create pictures. MRI uses magnetic resonance of tissues.
