maybe another clip strategically affixed to a specific body part will fix their
lack of taste in beer......?

Beer is proof that God loves us.
There's no bad beer.

I beg to differ woberto. Light beer sucks. Light on taste and light on
alcohol content. It's impossible (for me) to get drunk on a 12-pack.

jgoins Report This Comment Date: January 13, 2011 12:55PM
If it is imposable for you to get drunk on any 12 pack then you drank too much
in your past and built up too much tolerance. Drink what you like and drink for
taste getting drunk is passe.

You do build a tolerance to alcohol over time. However, when I can drink a
12 pack of Bud light and walk away barely buzzed, then the next day drink a 12
pack of Bud heavy and get smashed, that tells me that light beer has less
alcohol in it than regular beer.

It should also tell you buzzed is safer than smashed.
Drink for the taste and drink what you like.
Drink to get smashed then go take a hike.

Pretty sure there is no difference in the alcohol volume in light or full, think
it's the calories.I can say i do understand skull's logic though as i can drink
three or four buds and feel nothing but when i drink three or four michelob's
i'll be buzzing pretty good...go figure

woberto Report This Comment Date: January 15, 2011 11:17PM
In Australia domestic beer is around 5% alcomohol and "light" beer is
around 3.5% so it's gonna be slower to get you pissed.
All the new stuff is "low-carb" but it's alcohol % can be heavy or
light.

Here is a sight which lists alcohol content of beer and calorie count.

you should be able to get Chimay ale there (11 %). it comes in a wine bottle
size bottle, but beware the sediment in the bottom, pour it slow.
red, gold, and blue label, i like the red label

Rogue Brewery Old Crustacean is 10.5%
Good luck finding any though. They're always out of stock at the brewery.
Apparently it's sold before it's made. The only time I had any was at their pub
about ten years ago. At the time they were prohibited by the Oregon Liquor
Control Commission from selling it at the pub as beer because it's too strong
and it had to be relabeled as "barley wine" but it is still beer. I
knew the manager and he didn't sell it to me, he gave it to me

It damn near cured the cold I had too.

I got one of these clips and went straight to the fridge only to discover I
have glass shelves not wire racks
jgoins Report This Comment Date: February 03, 2011 01:02PM
I keep my beer in the back room which isn't refrigerated so it stays cold in
there.
