My own special concoction.
Warning :
NOT for the faint of palette
Take 15 whole Serrano peppers and slice thinly, Take a nice Ham steak and cube
it. Mix together, sift seasoned salt over the mix and place into a broiler pan
in the toaster oven. Cook for about 20 minutes at 450 while stirring it every
five minutes or so until the ham is lightly toasted and the peppers are just
barely moist. Take a nice flour tortilla and make a bed of cheddar or mozzarella
cheese then add the peppers and ham. Fold it all up like a burrito and it's

Life is not like a box of chocolates but more like a jar of jalapenos. What you
have today could burn your ass tommorow.

The only way I can tell I have found some genuinely "hotter than
hell" peppers is they'll give me the hiccups, and .... ever so often I'll
run into a batch that will make my nose run, just not very often.
My favorite lil Mescan joint I go to makes up a special hot sauce for me that's
orange and mucho picoso! One night when the waiter brought it out he asked me
if I had heard a scream from the kitchen before he came out. He said the cook
had decided to try some

Aww maddiewacker, whassa matter, not feelin that gringo love this mornin?
In reality ... (<-I know that's a hard concept for dream world driven liberal
nitwits like yourself, but give it a try, you just might find there's a whole
world out there that you've never even seen!) I've had conversations with the
owner of this place, who as fate would have is a Mescan himself, and we're in
agreement that Illegals should be expelled. As a legally naturalized American
citizen he shares my views that all the talk about amnesty for the Illegals is
like a slap in the face to everyone who chose to emigrate here and do so
legally.
This guy is exactly the kind of immigrants we need and whom I embrace whole
heartedly because he despises people livin off government handouts instead of
their labor, feels it's disrespectful for immigrants to choose to NOT learn
English when they came here and says anyone expectin the govt to take care of
them is showin nothin but misguided laziness ....... kinda like attitude you
seem to exude

maddie Report This Comment Date: November 20, 2009 08:12PM
well as a half mexican and native american i might know wat i am talking about
a bit. There is always illegals in mexican eatery's ,always always will. My dad
was naturilized in 1982 and when you left that eatery the owner was probally
glad you took your ass out the door. Your phony world all wrapped around you.
his mom(owner) is probally illegaly in states and probally has family members
who are here illegaly.
And as for lazy, how many other races of people you see standing outside your
local Home Depot waiting for work.....hmm
Mrkim Report This Comment Date: November 20, 2009 09:30PM
Yep, I feel you really enjoy thinkin you know all about anything do do with
Mescans, Indians and Illegals, but likely as not is the very same in many other
areas you feel similarly about ..... you're not nearly as right as you might
think you are.
This restaurant is family owned and employs all family members with everyone
there, right down to the cooks, being legal naturalized US citizens. Everyone
there knows me by sight, always greet me kindly, knows there's no need to
inquire before adding 4 grilled jalapenos to whatever I order, will cart out the
usual basket of chips and hot sauce and then will usually tell me they'll be
right back with my picoso salsa or let me know if they're out, in which case
they'll make me some fresh.
The owner, his partner and I have held many conversations and they're well aware
of my position on Illegals, as I am theirs. I treat everyone there with respect
and get the same in return, which of course is how things are meant to work.
Your problem is that in your siding with Illegals you think because they do
things that way that all Mescans do so, which is not only incorrect but patently
absurd. To be honest I would have to admit that more Mescans are here illegally
than legally, but that in of itself does not mean every one of them is illegal
or embraces the idea that their fellow countrymen should undermine the legal
immigration process to be here.
And .... yeah, I know there's day labor pools all over and while I applaud the
fact these folks are out there tryin to make an honest dollar that still doesn't
justify them being here at sufferance to our laws. Secondly, while lots of
Pedros and Juans are out there workin their mamacitas are just as likely to be
sitting in a county or state office somewhere getting free healthcare for their
burgeoning broods or in line at the grocery store with their state/federally
paid for food stamp cards.
All in all we'd be way better off economically as a nation to NOT be payin to
support these illegals healthcare, subsidize their housing, buy their groceries
or print legal documents in 2 languages just so we can get our yards mowed,
ditches dug, houses cleaned or meals cooked cheaply by employin illegals.
But, you just keep on dreamin those entitlement dreams you and all the other
libs like to think fondly of and if you're really lucky and successful in
foisting more and more of that shit on our society, people like me won't even
have to worry about all this shit eventually because the well will eventually
dry up, the country as a whole will be finally totally gutted financially and
when that happens the illegals will no longer be a problem as they'll no longer
want to be here.
One particularly curious thought about illegals always comes to mind when they
choose to come here and that is why aren't they headed for the lush society the
lefties like to portray Hugo Chavez having created in Venezuela or the other
countries in Central and South America? Aside from the obvios fact that there's
more money here than there could another part of the equation also be that in
many cases illegally crossing into these other countries could very likely wind
them up in prison or maybe even get 'em killed, which they know WON"t
happen when they pass across OUR border?
All in all, there are damned few places on the globe where illegally breaching a
neighboring countrys borders will pay off as well as it does here ..... and
quite simply, that needs to change
