Chili, who resides at the Ferne Animal Sanctuary in London, England, stands at an amazing six and a half feet, easily towering over his 5 foot 5 inch owner, Jenny Wheadon who says that Chili was brought to the sanctuary by a farmer who said that he couldn't afford to feed her.
