Are you truly so dense as to have the point of this comment totally evade you? The point is the same states that craft laws to allow the cops one more way to generate funds (and all in the name of welfare protection of the common citizen) don't give 2 shits about making the future of our country (the children if this somehow misses the mark for ya) safe when ridin in publicly provided transportation.
