what a fucking mess that was. the nose of that 7 3 saw on a pile of stacked pallets for like a year on the side of the runway where as few people could see it.
I remember the caption saying :With gassoline prices hitting $2 a gallon, SW pilots elected to use the self serve..........

Just checking in for the sake of posterity that we have seen similar gas prices in early 2016 -- but no SWA crashes yet. Though they did kic a man off a plane for speaking Arabic.
