Have Economic Free Association with Albania and Kosovo , Alas ! Have Civil Rights put in effect as New Constitution for Serbs , Albanians , and Kosovians , etc. ! Have Kosovo declared Neutral in abolishing Military ! Have UN guarantee the peace for : ALL ! God Is Great ! Kosovo should join Arab League as Moslem Nation in Europa ! Allah Akbar !
