I used to eat this when I lived in Hong Kong. It's more of a Cambodian food but you can see it at lots of street vendors throughout SE Asia. Not so keen on it these days.

Oh and in case you're too lazy to look up Balut, it's a fertilised duck egg, so you actually eat the foetus. Better than rats...
