This is from Alan Gibbs (Gibbs Technologies), the same New Zealand designer/inventor that gave us the Aquada amphibious car and the Humdinga amphibious Hummer. As you can imagaing many of the elite military forces around the world (SAS and the like) are quite interested in this technology. See more at aquada.co.uk
