Looks more like a guy's bicycle seat. The indentation is designed to take pressure off of the prostate.

You obviously are not a cyclist a guys saddle is narrow and generally on the pro side pretty hard. Ladys saddles are wide in the rear may have a groove in and are soft and padded.
