Sorry to ruin the novelty of this photo, but the "computer" is the
control panel for the engineering room of a naval ship. Looks like a nuclear
vessel. The two steering wheels are throttle controls for the ahead and astern
turbines. Center section is reactor control and right is electrical. Don't
know why the television and keyboard/printer is there. Maybe because it is a
training system.

i dont know if its a fake..i remember real pics like that. bout 10 years ago i
saw a book called "1994" or some year in the 90s.. it was published
some time in the 50s.. and it was all about what the world will be like by that
year. had submarine cars and all kinds of funny stuff

of toggles would not cut it for playing downhill racer in the 21st century!
