Shirley "Cha Cha"Muldowney, she really set the drag racing world on it's ear ! And ... Connie Kalitta (Scott Kalittas Dad) was supposed to have had her as his "on the side" squeeze for a while too !

The movie "Heart Like A Wheel" is a good take on her earlier years in racing with a young Bonnie Bedalia as Shirley Muldowney.

The car in the background is a "Funny Car" class race car. Basically a Top Fuel dragster minus the long (waaay more stabile) chassis, and with a body that always serves to insure in the case of an engine fire things will always be worse for the driver. Not a car for the faint of heart to drive ; >

Very good Mr.Kim! it is a 1973 Plymouth
Sattelite turned funny car that burned to
the ground at a national race.Shirley was ok.
