Yeah John, it was the best festival I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! This was the only place these guys could get some shade to play under, right outside the dunnies! They were so funny, this was just a practice session for their gig that night at 1am. They had 150 bands over three days and most of them were nothing short of sensational! Lior was one only one of a few bigger names to play there but they were all good in their own way. Being a sustainability and arts festival, they had all sorts of different workshops and the festival had something there for people of all ages.
I'll definately be there next year, but going on how it went this year, I suggest you book early next year! [www.peatsridgefestival.com.au]

Just to add,

what the double bass was doing with that mic tape to the neck of his bass was, singing into an effects box which was recorded and then played back as a loop. He did that up to 4 times on top of each other, so when it came out it sounded like a whole choir was singing with them! I thought it was very clever.
