I think his point is that Republicans are corrupt and DeLay is going to jail if there is any justice in the world which there isn't.

OK I'll take a shot at it:
its supposed to look like the new tv `show`, so ronnie Earle is the "character" who screws up and then tries ot correct his ways, so next were gonna see "ronnie" giving Delay a blowjob.
