What kind of propaganda bullshit is this? That soldier doesn't appear to be holding a gun. That guy may be telling a story or clapping or something. Hey asshole, why don't you widen the perspective a little by showing some excavated mass graves, disfigured Kurds or perhaps even Iraqi civilians risking their lives while traveling to polling stations.

Yeah, that guy could easily be planting a roadside bomb and that soldier is asking him what the fuck he thinks he's doing. Saddam loyalists are paying thousands of dollars to anybody who can prove they killed Americans or Iraqi police/national guard. So people are killing just for money, not because they believe in a cause or something.
