May I suggest a couple things... If you decide to add any new moderators, add them on one at a time so everyone can get an idea of how that person will function in that role. Instead of adding four at one time and having everyone question who is doing what... ...picture purgatory... some will say that this already exists and I guess it does in some form, but not the way I envision it...

hey John_Stone, you forgot to mention the Seattle traffic... I was a long-haul truck driver for 6 years and I would rather drive in ANY other city than Seattle...Chicago and Atlanta are pretty bad too, but Seattle tops the list... Create a new category or link entitled PURGATORY. When a moderator sees a pic posted that he does not approve of, instead of simply deleting it, he would only be able to move it to purgatory.
