Yep and mobile doesn't work for me for either URL or button clicky. And sometimes it double uploads pictures when it does work from URL via desktop browser

Looks ok to me. I can explain the quotes subject thingy.. it's a security feature, it strips things out it doesn't think should be there so as to not allow code injection into image comments and all that sort of jazz. I did upgrade image magick too, but I don't tihnk it helped with animated gifs ImageMagick 6.7.7-10 2014-03-06 - apparently latest version in the channel
