I do actually think thumbnail quality has dropped slightly. It's a decent idea, we and we are looking into the best way to "report" a truly bad image, however I don't know if extra classification categories is the way to go. If we did that, I think people would simply not use it. "Keep it simple" is the way features have to be, if we have 20 or 30 categories it's simply too much hassle for most people to use. An image requires 4 vote minimum to be categorised (that is, 4 different people). If 5 people come along and vote it into a different category, the new category is automatically selected. It's done by whatever the most people vote it into, so if there's wrong categories, it's at least been done by a selection of people instead of just 1
