So part of the tinkering i've just completed is that I changed the upload_max_filesize to 20M.. realise that when you upload a file via a webform it grabs the file, converts it to text, then sends it to the webserver. Things like jpg don't convert that well to text (from binary) so the overhead can be kinda big. So if you have a 19.78M file it's most likely gonna fail with a 500. The bit of code
