I actually really like the taste of jalapenos. There was a cafe near where I used to live, did an excellent fried chicken+slaw burger, add fresh jalapenos. Was one of my favourite things in the area.

I haven't grown any more ghost chillis. That plant survived another ~2 years, never grew another chilli. But my god they were hot. Just .. insanely hot to bite directly. That was dumb.

A friend of my wife makes jars of home made chilli sauce which I absolutely love. I'm nearly out of it now, need to get some more. Otherwise I mostly just use sauces these days; I like this guy's stuff - this pack would probably suit you Kim [www.grumpygarys.com]
